Pretty expensive for a cheap place
Owners and managers are and respectful. Rooms are clean. Plenty are stores and restaurants near by as well as train station and public transportation. Only thing I did not like is you're not allowed to use the phone without a $10 deposit, other motels allow you to use the phone for free.
Met a friend who was staying there. It was a good professional place. They were worried more people might be staying in the room then originally paid for, they knocked on door to follow up that only number of people paid were staying there.
Room was in great condition, very comfortable. My only disappointment is that when I called for information, I was told that a $10 deposit would be given back to me upon checkout, which it was not. The misinformation was not great so I hope this gets cleared up in the future.
