This location is by far my favorite. The employees here are so nice, they really try to do their best. Best employees, by far!
I've never placed an order in the morning, I always go in the afternoon and usually get my smoothie or sandwich 10 minutes after I order. The place is pretty clean and employees are usually nice to me. I don't like to order from the app because if something goes wrong (almost always happens), they can't do anything about it. I ran into so many issues with the app and have been given the corporate phone number to resolve it. The app needs to be better and that's why I gave it a 4/5 instead of 5/5
I do enjoy their smoothies ... However the place is run by teenagers with no adult management. They have yet to get an order correct. And when they do, they misplace your ticket and never fill your order. Then all you get is an apology. I will not be returning to this establishment even though i do really enjoy their food and drinks.
Love Tropical Smoothie.. They make some of the best smoothies!!A little pricey but it's worth it, smoothies fill you up. Sometimes I can't even finish one. My go to for a smoothie anytime!
Extremely slow. Always waiting at least 10-30 minutes for a smoothie. They always screw up my smoothie and I'm done going here. I called 20 minutes before I came in, told it would be 5-10 minutes and I end up waiting another 10 minutes after I get there.
